The most effective way to use your weight loss affirmations is write them at least 10 times per day, 25 times is better if you have the time. Try also reciting your chosen weight loss affirmation several times a day in your head. Try reciting on writing your affirmation whenever you feel too tired to exercise or you start to crave something a little naughty. The idea behind affirmations is that they reprogram your body to send you positive messages which can override the negative messages that got you into this situation.
